A General Meeting will be held on Thursday, 24 December 2009 to address the proposed spin-off of the Company's wholly owned Molecular Discovery Systems, the proposed investment in Advent Energy, capital raising and the proposed issue of Director options.
The Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday, 15 January 2010.
